Orders from the UK include free shipping and should arrive with in 3-5 business days.  Orders outside the UK will be subject to a 7.50 GBP shipping and handling charge which is added at check out. Orders outside the UK should arrive within 1-2 business weeks

The Sizing is as Follows:  The First Number in the size is the Circumfrence of the Head Opening in CM.    the Second Number is the Diameter of the Crown in CM.  As these are Hand Made, they do have some give.  

To reduce the Size of the opening  Soak in Hot Water and let dry.
